Financial & Compliance Officer
Max is an M.S. student in Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo and earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UB in August 2024. With an informal focus in Networks & Communications, he brings both technical depth and the ability to analyze complex systems with clarity. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and building innovative technologies that enrich the lives of others — a mindset that has been foundational since the earliest days of our company. As a co‑founder, Max plays a key role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting the long-term sustainability of our work.

DJ is an Environmental Engineering major at the University at Buffalo, where he focuses on understanding the intersection of environmental systems, sustainability, and technology. His academic background gives him a systems‑level perspective on environmental challenges — a perspective he brings directly into his work at TriTech Labs. Alongside his engineering foundation, DJ has a deep passion for sustainability and entrepreneurship. He believes that meaningful innovation happens when technical knowledge aligns with the drive to build something new — especially in areas where the planet and industry meet. This mindset has shaped both his personal development and the mission behind TriTech Labs. DJ’s approach is rooted in continuous growth. To him, education doesn’t end with a degree; it’s an ongoing journey. As CEO, DJ leads product vision, strategic direction, and long‑term innovation efforts.
