Contact and application information. When you apply for a pilot, join our waitlist, or submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, company size, and any message you include.
Payment information. If you pay an invoice through our payment portal, transactions are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly. We retain a record of the invoice number, amount paid, and transaction date for accounting purposes.
Usage information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type, and device information to understand how our site is used and to keep it running smoothly.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, evaluate pilot and partnership applications, process payments, and send updates you've asked for (such as waitlist news).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Your information is stored on secured infrastructure managed by our platform providers. Access is restricted to the SolarScope Diagnostics team members who need it to run the pilot program and support our partners.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we review them as our program grows. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database platform, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers are bound to process data only on our instructions.
